The Garden State Garlic Growers want to share their knowledge with all, so drop into the educational display area and taste all the different varieties, all locally grown from Inchellium Red, to German White, an all purpose hardneck garlic..just to name a couple. The Lafayette House will sponsor a Beer and Wine Garden to complement our culinary masterpieces that will include Roasted Garlic Brownies and Roasted Garlic Rice Pudding make by our very own “Everything Homemade Café”.
